Color issues that keep on repeating?

Hey, I have a problem with my TV. Everytime I start it up, Theres a white line on the left side, slowly getting smaller and smaller, then suddenly there are RGB lines all over it vertically. Then it goes back to normal. It doesn’t do them anymore after it’s back to normal. It does these weird things after you turn off and turn on the TV again. Any help?
