Purell TFX Dispenser - Motor Not Running

Looking for help or a repair manual to fix an automatic Purell TFX sanitizer dispenser. Motor does not run after sensing motion. I’ve tried all the recommended advice that I can find online. The led indicator is flashing green, as if nothing is wrong.
