TV is stuck on "please select language screen"

I am using a universal remote. I’ve tried several different solutions but nothing has worked. My tv is still on the “please select language” screen and I can’t do anything to change it.

Hi,

What is the model number of the TV?

What is the make and model number of the universal remote?

Has the remote worked OK when used on the same TV before?

Have you checked that you have the correct TV code set in the remote?

Are there other codes for the TV brand/model listed with the remote that you can try?
