DVD on Bose 321 freezes/locks unit up.

When playing a DVD on Bose unit, picture freezes and unit will not respond to fast forward, open/eject. Must shut down unit completely. The unit has been having increasing troubles reading many of DVD’s we have played previously on this unit. The DVD is not corrupted and plays well on another DVD unit we have. What is wrong with Bose player and where/how can I get it fixed?
