Why computer is refusing to accept internet, my internet is working
My laptop has refused to receive my internet, it was working fine before and suddenly stopped and my internet is working fine on my other devices.
please help me

Go into your WiFi settings, select the menu WiFi symbol and slide your pointer to the very bottom: Open Network Preferences … Then unlock your settings then go into Advanced. Now slide the network name you are trying to connect to to the top location and delete or disable others you are not likely to use.
You may want to get a useful tool like WiFi Explorer which can help identify the WiFi networks around you.
