Switch stuck in slow charge, No image on screen, wont turn on.

Hi all. I have a launch switch (HAC-CPU-01) that is stuck in slow charging (0.54a which seems a little high) and won't power on or show any kind of image on the screen.

Checked for shorts around M92T36, the P13USB or the BQ24193 and nothing untoward going on there.

I’m suspecting it’s the SoC at fault as there doesn’t seem to be any voltage on certain caps under the chip when the switch is in a powered-on state.

The caps with a yellow dot have no voltage.

Can anyone confirm if the above voltages are correct and maybe more importantly if the ones with no voltage are correct when in a powered-on state?

As a said note, it’s not in RCM mode that I know of as my PC won’t even detect the switch.

Can’t think of anything else it can be at the moment, I’m a novice though so don’t expect too much of me haha.
