I have been using the Mac 30” Cinema Display for a number of years and

I have been using the Mac 30” Cinema Display for a number of years and recently some grey smudges have appeared in one corner and in a band across the top. Otherwise everything works well. No missing pixels, responds to calibration. Can this be repaired/cleaned from the inside?
