VIZIO P65: No video only audio

Hello all,

I bought vizio P65 two years ago and couple of days it stopped displaying video and only audio is working.

This is what I see when I turned on the TV

1. Vizio 'V' logo comes up.
2. Then screen goes bluish black.
3. Very rarely I also see home page apps for less than a second and screen goes bluish black after that. ( see video attached to post)
4. Menu does not show up if I press menu on remote.

Can someone help me troubleshoot it ? I did try power recycling, it did not help. I also tried flashlight test but I do not see any partial pictures. I did read on the internet it could be issue with T-Con or power or LED board. I can provide or perform more test if needed.

I am just hoping its not LED panel going bad else I'll have to throw this TV which would be super frustrating to throw $1200 TV in just two years.
