Any burnt smell or symptoms before this happened?
any unusual activity?
do note that working inside microwave oven, involves with high voltages, if unsure, consult someone who know about this.
what had you checked?
switches?
some idea btw
这个答案有帮助吗?
No burning smell
Visually all components ok
@Ajit Shah ,
Don't know the oven and can't find the user manual but convection mode implies some sort of a heater element and not a microwave's magnetron is in use to heat the food, is this about right?
If not - apologies for wasting your time
If yes, check if the heater element is short circuiting to earth in the oven, i.e. disconnect the power from the oven and use an Ohmmeter to check if there is a connection between the heater element and the frame of the oven as there shouldn't be one.
As @salmonjapan reminded, be careful when working in a microwave, correctly discharge the HV capacitor first before doing anything else inside the oven. It can be lethal
