Sony NSX-40GT1, No picture, solid green light, no power at tcon

I have a Sony NSX-40GT1. Power it on and just get a black screen. Power LED shows green, measured all the voltages on the power supply board and they all come back correct based on what’s printed on the board. Fuse at the T-Con board shows continuity, when powered on I only see 1.5mV on either side of it.

Not sure if there’s a way to test either the BA or the M board and determine which one may be at fault here, or something else I should try?
