My tablet has, for a while now, been flashing the boot “Samsung galaxy tab a” screen even while holding the power and volume up buttons. I have opened it up and have cleaned it and made sure everything was good. It will even kick me out of the boot loader if I do somehow manage to get to it. I don't know what to do.

Have you tried booting your tablet into Safe Mode and performing a reset? Booting into Safe Mode may get you past the splash screen.
To boot into Safe Mode, turn your tablet on and hold down the power button until the power menu appears. Then, on the power menu, hold down the restart option until the Safe Mode option appears. Select the Safe Mode option and see if the tablet reboots into Safe Mode.
Once in Safe Mode, go into the Settings and reset the device. This may fix the issue.
