My right earphone is loose and my left ear is dead. What's wrong?

I’ve had my E45BT’s for a few years now, and I’ve recently noticed the right ear is completely loose and my left ear is dead.

I really like these headphones and want to keep them for as long as possible.

Are they FUBAR?
