RCA LED55C55R120Q won't turn on - Red light flashing

After a power outage my LED55C55R120Q wouldn’t turn back on. The red light on the front lower left corner was flashing. I tried all the typical fixes. I unplugged ovenight. Still flashing. I held the power button for a full minute while plugged in, then unplugged for 5 minutes. I held the power button with it unplugged for a full minute then waited 5 minutes before plugging in. It seems to indicate that it needs the lamp replaced, but I’m not sure if the lamps are the long boards that runn along the botton and if so, where to buy them. Any suggestions?
