Toshiba 49U5766DB tv horizontal lines and red screen jumps

As you can see on the picture, there’re two lines that are orange and sometimes green and they can change depending on what is on the screen. Sometimes they disappear and then come back.

On top of these it some parts of the screen jumps in red sometimes. Attached a photo of that too.

Firstly I thought this could be a faulty t con, but there’s no in it. Could it be a bad main board?

This is the cable going into the screen. It’s a bit dirty, tried cleaning it and putting it back but the issue is still here.

Update

The screen also suffers from the following problem

Those dark lines appear all over the screen but are only visible at certain colours. Those lines are the most visible with that green colour but I can see them in darker greys too up to a point. However those lines are not visible at white nor at black.
