Hi i have a toshiba led tv, it light up the back light but no picture on screen, replaced t-con board with a used one. Did not help, maybe new t-con board is faulty. There is 12 volts on fuse on both t-con boards. Now what to do?

Stig Jensen yes, your error sounds like a bad main board. The board in question is a Vestel LED MAIN AV BOARD 17MB95M 210114R3
