Laptop does not provide and get power from the battery

my Acer travelmate 4750 suddenly does not take power from the battery

And does not charge the battery too

but shows its charging lights not blinking, battery is new (replaced 2weeks old)

tried to unplug power but shuts down immediately (even in bios)

The battery is @47% not increasing

Probed the battery itself and its @11.3v??(not normal for this battery 11.1v max 5200mAh capacity)

I discharged it manually to 10.4v and charge it again for 2hr but does not increase

I probed the battery pin of the laptop(not the battery!)

Crappy cam sorry

while the charger is plugged and it has no power 0.0v

Tried to open it to bios and probe it again but still no power
