iPhone 5S all yellow screen problem

Hello everyone, i got ahold of an iPhone 5S from a friend and i wanted to hard reset it so i can use. However the phone wouldn’t charge from the wall so i hooked it up with my PC. there i waited for a couple of minutes until the my phone starting having an all yellow screen. I have unplugged it and hard reset it but no signs of life. though iTunes detects the 5S, i don’t plan on restoring this phone as im curious to know what data and iOS version this phone is running on.
