Tv flashing start up screen then goes black?

I have a Toshiba 65 inch 65L621U, When i plug it in, it starts up to the start up screen “toshiba chrome cast” and then it goes black. Then the light in the bottom corner for power, flashes red about 10 times then stops. When i unplug it, it also flashes the toshiba start up screen and then turns off. Please someone help me fix this!
