No PSUs work in this console?

I bought a console broken off ebay, it seemed like the psu was broken. After going to replace it, a functioning PSU still wouldn’t work. I actually put the broken unit into a different xbox and it worked. What could be the problem? The issue is the usual light goes off after 2 seconds.
