Both Cameras, Back and Front + Flash not working after screen repl...

I know this question has already been answered, but please be patient.

I replace a lot of screens, this time I was replacing an 8+ screen, during the procedure glue underneath the front camera assembly was like cement and I accidentally tore it off, no big of a deal, I went out to Amazon and bought a Smartex Replacement and only the speaker was working, it blocked Both cameras and the flash when I disconnected the aftermarket part the back camera and flash started working again, could it be a board fault or it is only a faulty replacement?
