Battery falling like a stone

So my 5S battery is falling like a stone, it used to run for 7 days standby no problem on a full charge.

It now drops 50% per day.

The battery has been replaced, problem persists.

Cannot use ‘Battery Info’ as mine is bugged and doesn’t show usage.

Does anyone know a tool that can report what apps are using what battery power, or a fix for the issue that is “Battery Information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes.”

Restore is not an option.

Where have you purchased your replacement batteries. Sadly, there are still lots of poor quality batteries out there.

Use a battery utility, such as coconutBattery (for Mac) or 3uTools (for Windows). Anything less than 70% of design capacity will require replacement.

You can also use the Battery Health Diagnostic (Settings\Battery\Battery Health) in iOS 11.3 and above. It will tell you what the health of the battery is.

If you have access to a USB Ammeter, you could use that to determine if the phone is really drawing current when it says it's charging.

I usually grab them from eBay, I admit the battery's old in terms of years, but has no charge cycles. Perhaps it has degraded over time?

iOS 8.4 - Cannot restore.

Also I have an app that tells me if it is truly drawing charge. I know whether or not it is really taking in the juice. The issue is that the battery drops real fast overnight, like the new iPhones do. My 5S used to go 7 days without charging.

I'm basically trying to figure out what's drawing the power while in standby

Never buy parts from Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, Wish, or AliExpress. Like @refectio said, there are a lot of poor quality batteries out there, most of which are sold on those websites. Definitely try using those programs mentioned above.
