DS 6151 line one works fine. Line two has no dial tone but will ring.

DS 6151 line one works fine. Line two has no dial tone but it will ring. It will connect with the intercom feature so line two is not completely dead.

Hi @upsstore ,

What happens if you swap the base station line cable connections between L1 and L2 i.e. L1 cord plugs into L2 socket on base station and L2 cord plugs into L1 socket on base station, do you get dial tone on L2 and not on L1 or does it stay the same as before?
