I have a Sanyo LED-42XR10FH which has suddenly lost all channels and won't auto tune or manual tune. Powers on fine, other devices connected work, just no channels. I have tried disconnecting from wall, factory resetting, checked all cords, replaced coaxial but continue to get a no signal message when trying to manual tune. Old tv but has worked perfectly until now.

By other devices I assume that you mean that you connected a different signal source e,g dvd player, set top box etc, to either the HDMi input or the Component video input and got a picture, sound etc.
Can you prove that there is signal from the antenna by plugging the aerial lead into another TV?
If you got a picture from a non antenna signal source an the antenna is OK then the tuner module may be faulty.
Unfortunately these are a sealed module directly mounted on the mainboard and are difficult to repair/replace. It is easier to get a new mainboard.
Look for the mainboard “board number” printed on the board and then search online using the board number to find suppliers. match it to the exact model number for the TV.

Will do, the night the tv lost channels we were hit by a large storm so makes sense to start there. Appreciate your help!
How do you get the channels back if it don't want to program at all
I'm having the same problem power & Dvd all work chanels wont auto scan - when manually entered scan won't work and removes chanels just added to the channel list - verry frustrated in FLORIDA

All I have is an antenna hooked up to my TV I cannot get any picture when I go into menu I cannot find where to auto scan to add channels to my TV please help

What is the model number of the TV? This information is usually found on a label at the back of the TV
usually to set up the TV you look in Menu > Setup.
If you had the TV connected to a cable box before you may have to change a setting from "cable" to "antenna". It should be located inthe Setup area of the menus but maybe not.
The model number is needed to help you further.
