When the transmission gets up to temperature it shifts through the gears too fast.

Have you checked that the level of the transmission fluid is correct?
Does the fluid smell like it is burnt?

Fluid level is fine. Didn’t notice any unusual smell.

incorrect fluid levels or leaks, try replacing the fluid or inspect for any leaks or misting, worn or damaged parts inside the gearbox could also cause it. depending on age, mileage and how the cars driven may need inspecting inside.
