Which Inductor for L8300?
Hi I am searching for the right Inductor to buy. It is a L8300 and on the schematic it says 220 Ohms. I am not sure which one I need because there are so many 0805

So what happened to the inductor? Did you knock it off or did it burn? If you knocked it off then that’s the easy fix. If it’s burnt you likely have a short in the circuit or display connector has corrosion damage. So replacing it won’t fix anything as it too will likely burn too!

Yes, I already found out that I have a bad LCD cable and Connector which I already ordered. But I wasn’t quite sure about the Inductor and which one I need. I think it is a ferrite bead with 220 Ohms, but what Ampere? Or doesn’t this really matters?

@bulb201 stick with the 220 Ohm 0805 when you search for it. I've previously replaced a few with SRF2012-221YA from Mouser.com
If you are unsure or overly concerned then find a inductor with a 1Amp to 2Amp rating

Hi all,
Similar question here, finally getting round to repairing a Macbook Pro 2014
The inductor on the audio codec popped (my fault, always disconnect battery!)
Having a hard time figuring out what to order though.
Part on Schematic reads:
L6200
FERR-22-OHM-1A-0.065-OHM
Any pro tips would be much appreciated!
