Did the microswitch broke or just the plastic piece of the button? Could you post a photo of the issue?

Microswitch and once that happened I can't get the controller to turn on. So therefore it looks like I'm getting a new controller. Thanks for the help
As long as you didn't damage traces on the board, you can always try to replace the microswitch. It's not a big of a deal if you have a soldering station and 15-30 minutes of free time.
Yeah he's totally right.. listen to him or spend 179432 USD on a controller.
