My tv shuts off and restarts

It may be a process of elimination to try and find out what is going on.

You say that "....the power shuts off...." so presumably the TV's power light goes out, it this correct?

If the TV power light does turn off does it do it multiple times and then is stable i.e. powers off > restarts > OK > powers off > restarts etc or it it just the once and then not again for minutes, or hours or even days etc?

Have you noticed any other indications of a power "flick" when this occurs e.g. a light blinks or an electric clock flashes and needs to be reset?

Is the TV connected to a powerboard (powerstrip?) at all? If so try connecting it directly to a wall outlet and check if the problem is still there.

Does the problem occur when another appliance turns on or is turned on e.g. refrigerator turns on or air conditioner is turned on etc?

If the Tv power light doesn’t turn off but the TV restarts have you tried removing the batteries from the remote control to check if the problem still occurs?
