Hover-1 Journey throttle doesn't engage motor
Ordered the Hover-1 Journey for Christmas. Opened it Christmas Eve and charged it for at least 5 hours overnight. When kids woke up Christmas morning, the scooter was unplugged. When we tried to ride the scooter, the throttle did not engage the motor and the scooter only runs on manual foot-pedaling.
I have started a ticket. The wheel moves fine when scooter is on and off. The pin connection inside the steering column is connected and free of debris or damage.
I have reached the point where i need to talk to a physical operator but there is no contact number to call on the Hover-1 website.
