Data recovery from unrecognized phone

I have a iPhone 5c that i’ve broke and repaired the screen on at least 6-8 times but eventually the gold connectors on the logic board became brittle as they were not meant to be bent back and forth so many times and a piece broke off

Years later i’m still trying to recover my photos and videos from that time of my life

The whole display is visible just a couple vertical lines, touch wont reliably work but with lots of effort will cooperate.

I dont have an icloud or itune backup

PC doesn’t recognize the iPhone but detects its connected.

If i had anything but an iphone in this current functioning state you’d just plug it in and copy the photos off but not iphone, no that’d be too easy. Instead you must use itunes which wont recognize my iphone because i cant unlock it to trust my PC

A problem like this just shouldn’t exist its something apple has manufactured to blue ball you
