Its' volunteers offer advice on how to fix it yourself or what is the best option if you can't.
What is the make and model number of the tablet and what is the problem with it.
Provide some pictures with your question if you feel that it will help others to see what the problem is.

Please verify the make and model number of the tablet as the model number you posted gives no results as to the name of the manufacturer or which model.
Also if it was made in Jun 2019 it should still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Check the warranty document that came with the tablet for the provisions of the warranty and how to make a claim for a warranty repair, replacement or refund.
Hey I have RCA tablet but I'm having a real problem when it's fully charged I take out the charger it clicks off in a second.

If it works OK when on the charger but not when on the battery only, it may be that the battery is unable to handle the load even though it shows that it is fully charged.
It may be that the battery will have to be replaced. Even rechargeable batteries have a life span or can go faulty.
What is the model number of the tablet?
