Samsung UN40NU7100FXZA 40 inch tv has vertical lines in the middle

Samsung UN40NU7100FXZA tv has white vertical lines thought it was T-Con board but shopjimmy.com says this model does not have a T-con board Help!

this tv was a gift so spare tv for the kids so dont want to spend much, i tried to look up online and cleaned the cables on the board on the back of the tv but it did not resolve those lines is it the mother board? or the screen? or the cables? any one with similar experience and tv model or experience in tv repairs pleas help!
