Try starting it up in “Safe mode” and see if it will load then. If yes, then there is something on the laptop(virus, malware, etc.)
1-Then try to restore it to an earlier situation using restore point option.
2- Or go to the Driver & Tools on the related ASUS web page :

download all the related drivers again and save them in a stick memory. Try to install them in safe mode if it is possible.
But before that try to use the attached keyboard and boot in safe mode (following text).

Boot in safe mode(Wondows 10)
A-Turn off the device. Attached the external USB keyboard again.
B-Click Windows-button → On/Off.
- Hold down the Shift key and click Restart.
- Click the option Troubleshoot and then Advanced options.
Afterwards go to “Advanced options” and click Start-up Settings.
Under “Start-up Settings” click Restart.
Several boot option are displayed.
Select an option by pressing one of the numbers or function keys F4, F5 or F6
Enable Safe Mode
In this mode, the operating system is started with the bare minimum of installed drivers and only the main Windows functions are used.
