Nintendo Switch Shorted Caps & Pink Screen

Hiiii, I have a switch that has a pink screen and shorted caps on, under and near the tegra chip. I bought this thinking changing out the IC chip would fix it, was not expecting to see a bunch of shorted caps. Anybody have any ideas? This is my first attempt at trying to repair a switch so any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
