iPhone8+ only vibrate with home button

Hi

I have 8+

when i press home button vibration work, but in calls no vibration at all i checked setting, change charging flex , change vibration all same but i noticed if i remove vibration and connect it to charging flex while phone is working, vibration work, when i restart phone it work again only with home button

any idea what is that
