Why is my controller synced but button still unresponsive?

Try syncing it with a micro-USB to USB cable.

That should give you control.

However you will need to go to system settings and update the controller firmware.

Once it’s updated then you should have wireless capability.

If this did not fix it, try a different controller and see if it’s the same issue.

If the other controller is fine then your logic board in your old controller is bad.

But if the other controller is not working as well then you may have a bad Network Interface Controller card(NIC).
