Controller disconnects randomly and gives random inputs.

I followed a youtube video on how to replace the thermal paste in my PS4. This is not the first time I have taken my PS4 apart. I took it apart on 2 other occasions to clean out dust and had no problems. This time, when I put it back together and began playing (the fan is quieter now) I'm having problems with my controller. Sometimes it disconnects, and other times it seems to think I'm pressing buttons or moving the joystick when I'm not. I have tried 2 controllers and both have this problem, so I know it is a problem with the PS4 itself.

I looked around for ways to fix this, and found someone mentioning the bluetooth antenna. A solder bridge had broken. I checked mine, and it turns out, the same thing happened to me. So, I used a soldering iron to fix the bridge. However, this has not fixed the problem. Does anyone know any other way of fixing this?
