Is there any way to flash controller? Weird acting

The directionals arrows of my ds4 stopped working so I opened the controller cleaned it all and changed the conductive film to a new one.

Cleaned up again and tested, so once I press the arrow up it gets stuck, but not physical, seems something about the controller board because I tried it in windows with the controller disassembled and pressing it directly with a rubber onto the conductive film, another weird behavior it’s the battery status, says it’s charging when not, or shows me orange light when it’s not even connected.

That’s why I think something weird it’s with the board, I pressed the restart button, disconnected battery, etc… But the same behavior. Is it possible to flash the controller or do it like a hard reset?
