Most common issues regarding this:
- Power Supply is failing.
- APU is failing.
But try the basic first, try another hard drive (as it is easy to test, I recommend to start with the simple components). If this isn’t working, try to test it with a new power supply.
The APU is difficult to fix, if you know how to reball the APU, you are good to go. Reflowing is possible, but most of the times a temporarily fix. If the APU is defective and you do not have experience with reballing, you can check for a local repair store OR replace the motherboard.

No need to try another hard drive, PS4 should stay on with the hard drive remove. If it doesn't then we can rule the HDD out as being the cause.
Your right. I was just hoping that something simple like that would do anything haha.
so what do you suggest?? pls help me. when i unplug the power ane plug back in it take a couple presses of the button for it to blue light on beep then off
I suggest to replace your Power Supply first. It's a component which can be easily replaced and way cheaper. If it's still failing with a new power supply in, I suggest to replace the motherboard OR go to a local repair shop which have experience with re-balling.
I just recently replace my PS4 power supply me thinking it would fix it I go to turn it on and it turns right back off with a blue light
