PS4 thinks I’m putting disks in

So basically a few months ago the PS4 stopped taking discs I have managed to stop the grinding noise it did before but now it’s doing the same thing just quietly it won’t take discs unless it’s booting up but then it won’t go all the way in tried a few software fixes and one in which I took the disc drive out and took the rollers out and put them back in since then it’s been quieter
