My 3ds doesn't recognize any inputs

Hello everyone, until 2 days ago my 3ds worked just fine… But now it doesn’t recognize neither the buttons (including the 3d slider and the volume slider) nor the touch screen. However when I put a cartridge on it the game pops up on screen and the wireless slider works fine… Thanks for the help :)
