Vizio E50x-e1 Tv soft cycles every 10 minutes

My Vizio E50x-e1 Tv soft cycles about every 10 minutes- 9:40 to by my stopwatch. Both the sleep and power timers are set to off, Ive reset to factory settings- still had the issue, and then updated the firmware. Something else strange is that none of my wireless networks can be found when it does a search. I’ve tried using hdmi inputs and streaming with just the wired connection. Same soft cycle with every try. Sometimes it has even started coming on by itself while it is turned off. Nothing seems to work and Vizio support is useless. They had me reset and update again and then told me there was nothing they could do to fix it. I’m leaning towards a hardware issue but does anyone have any other suggestions or any idea which board I would need to replace?
