when I replace my battery with this battery in the battery settings in battery life will it show the battery percentage. and how do I calibrate the battery?

There is no setting in the iPhone to calibrate the battery.
1. Drain you battery completely
2. Once battery is drained keep pushing the power button on and off so as to get every last bit of charge out of it.
3. Use a wall socket to charge your phone overnight.
4. Repeat steps one two and three.
Your battery should now be calibrated.
