The freezer is working but the refrigerator is not getting cold

Frank, tell me more about the condenser fan. How long does it run? What noises do you hear? Is the compressor hot to touch? Are the condenser coils warm or cool? Is ice forming on the copper lines? Was the filter dryer replaces when the compressor was replaced? Inside the fresh food section, Is the back wall have frost on it? Can you get an accurate temperature of both sections?
