What.can I do screen shows and question mark

This is a used working item in good cosmetic condition that was pulled from a working environment and is guaranteed working as described. Unit powers on and posts to bios. Please note no storage or charger included. Unit failed to detect hard drive installed. For any body marks or defects this unit might have see pictures for details.

Seems pretty self-explanatory to me. You will need to install a new drive:

If so he telling you that it came with no hard drive

So it bound to give you a message like

“Hardrive not detect and no storage”

storage (Data) is stored on a Hard Drive
