Speaker Distorts with Any Pressure to the Back

I currently have had the S10+ around its launch and have had the same case aswell I've just recently noticed the sound was distorted and ended up seeing if my case was the issue. Which made it stop however I noticed the top speaker seems to distort anytime I give pressure to the back of the phone even in a holding stance is enough pressure to do this. It could be water damage as I was dumb and left the phone in the bathroom while I took hot showers but I'm not positive as it sounds fine without holding the phone at all. So if anyone could troubleshoot what this could be thank you!
