Could be your headphone jack is malfunctioning. If the contacts, in the following link, don't return to their resting position, the circuit to the speaker is open circuit. The diagram on the right hand side, shows the state of the jack when no headphones are inserted; notice the positions of the contacts compared to the left had diagram that has an earphone plug inserted. Once the earphone plug is removed, the contacts should return to the same position as they originally were in the right handed diagram.

Which speaker are you referring to, the phone’s earpiece receiver, the loudspeaker or both?
If it is both, then as @propman said, it may be the headphone socket that is the problem. If it is the problem, it will have to be replaced as it cannot easily be repaired
The headphone socket is part of the charging dock daughterboard.

ifixit has replacement daughterboards available. Here’s a [[ 无效部分链接 ]]
Alternatively, replacement daughterboards are available online. Just search for Galaxy S6 Edge headphone socket to get results for suppliers.
If it is the loudspeaker only, it may be that the loudspeaker is faulty or its’ connection is loose on the systemboard.
Here’s a link to the ifixit 更换三星盖乐世S6 Edge的主板 guide which should help to gain access to the loudspeaker to check or replace if necessary.
The loudspeaker part is available online. Just search for Galaxy S6 Edge loudspeaker to get results for suppliers of the part.
