1 Makes high pitch noise when turned on, but fan blade doesn't move.
We have a 20V Lithium Pivot Max which has always worked great, but now the fans not turning, as if something is binding up the fan. Can you tell me how to access that area to clean it out? Or is there a simpler way to fix this problem?
If you look closely at the photo's at the following location, you will be able to see some screws which maybe applicable in accessing the interior of the fan. If you click on the picture, a little popup should appear that will allow you to magnify the picture. Clicking on the magnified picture will (might depending on browser, etc) increased the magnification yet again. Might also want to check your owners manual for any relevant instructions or the Black and Decker Support site.
