Why is my headset not detected?

I replaced the DualShock 4 Right and Left Analog Sticks which now work great, but when I plug in a headset the PlayStation 4 Slim does not detect the headset. The internal speaker is working. I do not have a schematic of the mainboard, but I have looked over the mainboard. I do not see connections to the analog sticks being replaced which would cause the headphone jack to stop working. Everything else is working on the DS4 including the light and charging. I have not tested the rumble motors. I have another DS4 same model which works with my headset and the PS4.
