One monitor "not register" other is linked
We have one audio monitor that is linked and another on that says “not register”. The owners manual doesn’t mention how to handle this problem. We tried turning off and unplugging all of the devices. Does anyone know how to handle this? We bought it second hand.
Have you tried swapping batteries between the two monitors to see if the problem is duplicated on the "good" one? Also keep in mind that like wifi, certain conditions in the home can interrupt the signal; suggest you try setting up the monitors in the same room as the parent unit to see if both connect OK. Then gradually move the monitors away from the parent unit so that any dead spots become apparent. Have included an online url to the units documentation just in case it is any more detailed than the one you already have.
