3DS has black screens with no sound, but there is a blue light.

When I plug in my AC adapter and press the power button, as I don’t currently have a battery on hand, it just has a black screen with a blue light. Here is some background.

1st it had corrosion on the power board, I replaced it, and it started working fine.

2nd The 3ds turns on but there is no video or sound.
